THOMAS G. GILEAD
HAVRE - Thomas G. Gilead, 58, an area farmer, died Monday at his home of
an apparent heart attack.
Memorial services are 2 p.m. Friday at Holland & Bonine Funeral Home
in Havre, with burial of ashes in Highland Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to
the American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
He was born Oct. 16, 1940, in Havre, where he was raised. He had worked
construction, for the Havre Coca-Cola bottling plant and Ag-Wise, in addition
to farming west of Havre.
He married Darlene England June 10, 1997.
Survivors include his wife of Havre, a daughter, Deborah Winterborne of
Santee, Calif.; two sons, William Gilead of Havre and Howard Gilead of Spokane;
a brother, Paul Tonjum of Havre; a sister, Alice Ridl of Great Falls; and five
grandchildren.

THOMAS G. GILEAD Sr.
Thomas G. Gilead Sr., 58, a farmer and rural resident of Havre, died
July 5, 1999 at his residence of an apparent heart attack.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 9, at the Holland
& Bonine Chapel in Havre. Interment of ashes will follow at the Highland
Cemetery.
Gilead was born Oct. 16, 1940 at Havre, the son of William and Louella
(Thomas) Gilead. He was raised and attended school in Havre. He worked on construction, at Coca-Cola Bottling
Company and later at Ag-Wise while running the family farm west of Havre.
On June 10, 1997 he married Darlene England in Havre. They lived in
rural Havre following the wedding.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, dancing and
visiting with his family and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Lyle, and a
sister, Masry.
He is survived bye his wife, Darlene Gilead, Havre; a daughter, Deborah
Winterborne, Santee, Calif.; two sons, William (Tom) Gilead, Havre and Howard
Gilead, Spokane, Wash.; a brother, Paul Tonjum, Havre; a sister, Alice Ridl,
Great Falls; and five grandchildren.
Memorials in Gileads honor may be made to the American Diabetes
Association.
Service and arrangements are the direction of Holland & Bonine
Funeral Home.
