Thomas H. 'Tom' Boucher
Following a short illness, Thomas
Henry "Tom" Boucher passed away Sunday, Aug. 10, 2008, at his home
surrounded by family.
Tom was born on May 18, 1917, in
Havre to Thomas Henry Boucher, Sr. and Constance Selmyhr
Boucher and weighing just 2 pounds. He was raised and educated in Inverness. On
Aug. 8, 1944, he married Louvina K. Herman in Cut
Bank. Together they lived in Wallace, Idaho; Cut Bank and
Havre before settling in Billings in 1958.
Tom worked for Rice Truck Lines and
owned and operated Tom Boucher Trucking. He retired in 1978 from Motor Power
Equip. Co. as a mechanic. He looked forward to the monthly Pillars potluck
dinners at Faith Chapel.
He was preceded in death by his
parents; his beloved wife, Louvina; a brother-in-law,
Royce Herman; nephews, Mike and Pat Herman; and sister-in-law, Elaine Herman.
Tom leaves behind his loving children, Marcia (Ted) Reichert, Tomi (John) Michaelson, Robin
(Vern) Nash and Les Boucher; a brother, Ken (Reba) Boucher of Rudyard;
brother-in-law, Ed Herman; sister-in-law, Audrey Herman Bray; 10 grandchildren,
Ted Reichert Jr., Tyler and Chadrι Reichert, Molly
and Mike Wiggs, Mark and Jenny Michaelson,
Matt and Wendi Michaelson, Shawn Nash, Kelly and Tony
Killabrew, Kelsey Boucher and Mariah Boucher; 23
great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Dad, you will be loved and missed
forever. We know you are in Heaven with Jesus and mother. "God Bless you.

A memorial service will be held at 11
a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, at the Smith Downtown Chapel, 925 S. 27th St.
Cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to the Rocky Mountain
Hospice or a charity of choice.
