RODNEY L. CRON VICTIM OF HEART
ATTACK SATURDAY
Former Piqua Stricken at
Russell’s Point - Rites Here.
Rodney L. Cron, 42, 987 King avenue, Columbus,
native of Piqua, died suddenly at 2:15 o’clock this morning of a heart attack at
Russell’s Point.
Born in this city June 26, 1899, he was the son of Leonard J. and
the late Minnie Fry Cron. He resided in Piqua until two years ago when he went to
Columbus to accept the position of clerk in the Columbus Show Case company,
where he was employed at the time of his death.
On June 30, 1921, he was married to Juanita Mae Wedderman, who survives him. He was a member of the F. & A. M. Lodge
and of the East Gate Lodge of Columbus.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Juanita W. Cron, his
father, Leonard J. Cron, and a son, Rodney Leonard Cron, jr., all of Columbus.
The body will be brought to Piqua and taken to the J. C. Cron and Sons Funeral Home where services will be held at two
o’clock Tuesday afternoon with burial in Forest Hill cemetery.

Funeral Home Monday and Tuesday.
