MARTHA E. WOODWARD
CHINOOK - Martha E. Woodward, 81, a retired bookkeeper and a resident of
Chinook, died on

Martha was born on Nov. 9, 1913, at MacKay, Id., the daughter of Jacob
and
Gula (Mumbower)
Weierman. She graduated from
Martha was a World War II veteran and served with the W.A.C.'s in the
Army for three
years.
She came to Havre in 1946 and worked as a bookkeeper for Valley Motors,
Buttreys,
Sacred

passed away in 1974.
In 1974 Martha moved from Havre and had resided in Chinook for the past

years. She was a member of the V.F.W.
Auxiliary, the W.A.C. Veterans
Association and
a member of the Latter Day Saints
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
She is survived by one brother; Donald Weierman of
numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Mrs. Woodward's honor may be made to the American Red Cross
or
to a person's choice.
