Margaret E. Clayborn-Golie
HAVRE - Margaret E. (Flatness) Clayborn-Golie,
87, of Havre, a ranchwife and homemaker, died of
natural causes Monday at a
Private family services will be held at a later date and cremation has
taken place under the direction of O'Connor Funeral Home.
Survivors include a son, Neal Clayborn; a
sister, Helen Kallenburger, both of Havre; four
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband,

Margaret Clayborn-Golie, 87, of Havre died peacefully Tuesday, March
7, 2006, with her son and daughter-in-law at her side at Benefis East in
Cremation has
taken place under the direction of O'Conner Funeral Home. A memorial will be

Margaret was born
April 7, 1918, in Box Elder to Holiver and Luvisa Flatness. She was raised in the

Sam Clayborn and they had four sons. She had a dairy
farm and later ranched and farmed south of Havre in

Margaret married
Margaret was a
member of the Eagles Auxiliary and school clerk for
Margaret loved
geraniums and always had flowers growing year around in her window and around
her house. She loved horses and was an avid rider in her earlier years. She
enjoyed family picnics and visiting with friends and family.
Margaret
was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Sam Clayborn
and Lowell Golie; and sons, Dale, Larry and Dean Clayborn.
Survivors include
her son, Neal (Audrey) Clayborn at the family farm;
stepson, Bernie Golie of Havre; sister, Helen Kallenberger of south Havre; seven grandchildren; and
several nieces and nephews.
