LEE GORDON GILL
PRESCOTT, Ariz. - Lee Gordon Gill, 48, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 1997,
in Prescott, Ariz., of a heart attack.
Memorial services were held in Prescott Sept. 20; and at the Northern
Montana Care Center in Havre on Sept. 22.
Also planned is a private family celebration of his life Sept. 20, in
Chino Valley, Ariz.
Gill was born in Havre Aug. 24, 1949, to Donald "Bud" and
Gladys Skones Gill. He attended Harlem schools and graduated from Harlem High
School in 1967. His college years were spent at the University of Montana in
Missoula in the School of Pharmacy.
Sandra Miller, also of Harlem, became his bride on June 10, 1973. Twila
Marie was born to the family Feb. 6, 1977.
Gill worked as a pharmacist for 24 years, first in Malta, then ivonia,
Mich. before moving to Prescott in 1981. Most recently he discovered a love for
computer science and was taking classes at Yavapai College.
He was made a member of Phi Theta Kappa and of the Business Honor
Society.
His daughter Twila was working on her assiciate degree at Yavapai at the
same time, and they took several classes together.
He enjoyed hiking, computers, and traveling. His hobbies included
western history, cowboy poetry, meterology, nature, and straight walks with
loved ones.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra; daughter, Twila, of Chino Valley,
Ariz.; parents, Bud and Gladys Gill, currerntly living at Northern Montana Care
Center in Havre; sisters, Doris Gilbert of Issaquah, Wash., Pattie Gilbertof
Chinook, brother, Larry of Bellevue, Wash.

Lee was born in Havre on August 24, 1949, the second of four children
born to Donald "Bud" and Gladys (Skones) Gill. He attended Harlem
schools and graduated from Harlem High School in 1967. His college years were
spent at the University of Montana in Missoula in the School of Pharmacy.

Lee was a devoted husband and father and a good friend to many. He
enjoyed hiking, computers, and traveling. His hobbies included western history,
cowboy poetry, meterology, nature, and starlite walks with the people he loved.
He was very proud of his daughter who is an honor graduate of Yavapai College.
He was a gentle, loving man who enjoyed helping others.
Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Sandra, and his daughter
Twila, of Chino Valley, AZ; parents, Bud and Gladys Gill, currerntly living at
Northern Montana Care Center in Havre; his mother-in-law, Grace Miller of
Prescott, AZ; sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Larry Gilbert and sons of
Issaquah, WA; sister and brother-in-law, Patty and John Gilbert, and sons of
Chinook, MT and brother Larry and sons
of Bellevue, WA.
