Joyce Marie Bryan, 57

Joyce Marie Bryan, 57, of Columbia Falls, "went to be with the Lord, and her beloved son Shane and numerous loved ones" Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005.

She passed peacefully, with her husband, Gary, son Dustin, and granddaughter, Ashley, by her side. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Joyce was born April 18, 1948, in Havre to Edward and Clarice Norby. In 1966, she graduated from Chinook High School, and in 1967 she married the love of her life, Gary Bryan.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Shane Bryan, who died in 1994.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Gary; and son Dustin; numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-granddaughter from the Bryan, Norby and Sargent families.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Columbia Falls LDS church. After the service, she will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia Falls. Lunch will be served at the LDS church after the graveside service.

Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls is in charge of the arrangements.

Joyce Marie Bryan, 47, wife of Gary Bryan, formerly of Chinook, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2005 in Columbia Falls. Services will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2005 (today) in Columbia Falls. A full obituary will follow in next week’s paper.
