Henry Negard was born September 13th, 1895, at Nielville, Minn., and came to Rugby with his parents when he was six years of age, and was confirmed in the Lutheran church by Pastor N. J. Holmes, of the Highland congregation, in this county. On June 3rd, 1919 he was united in marrige to Miss Nora Iverson, of this county, to whom were born, the youngest one passing away shortly after its birth.

Mr. Negard was operated upon for a ruptured appendix on April 20th, and passed away on April 26th.

Besides the bereaved wife and children, he is survived by his parents, and six brothers and sisters.

The funeral was held on Sunday last, at Bethel church, and was very largely attended.
