Mrs Harriet Campbell Dies in 95th Year

Mrs Harriet Moore Campbell passed away last Wednesday at the home of her niece,

Mrs Henry Priebe. She was born 94 years ago on Feb 1, on lot 31, Con 4,

Elderslie. She has been blind for almost five years and bedfast for thelast

nine months. Seventy-one years ago she was united in marriage in Durham to

Duncan Campbell, who predeceased her 34 years ago. A son, George, passed away ten years ago, a daughter Bertie, in 1905, and a son, William, in infancy. The

remains rested at the Emke Funeral Chapel, where funeral service was conducted

on Saturday by Rev. H. A. Edwards of the Baptist church, of which she wasa

faithful member. The pall-bearers were Neil Moore, Henry Priebe, Robert

McTavish, Sr., Tom Patterson, Peter Catto, Stanley and Gallinger.
