HAROLD M. ELWESS
Harold M. Elwess, 50, 155 Sun Prairie Road, died monday in a local
hospital of a massive heart attack.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday at Bethel Lutheran Church. Cremation
will follow. O'Connor Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
He was born Oct. 25, 1948, in Perham, Minn. He graduated from high
school in Perham in 1967. He attended votech school in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
from 1971-1973. He served in the Army from 1968-1971.
He married Gloria Giedt in Richfield, Minn. on May 23, 1970.
He worked for Buttrey's in Minnesota and transfered to Williston, N.D..
He transfered to Havre in 1968 and to Great Falls in 1995. At the time of death
he was manager of the meat department in Albeerton's on 10th Avenue South.
He was a avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed camping and outdoor
activities.
Survivors include his wife of Great Falls; three daughters, Tanya
Malley, Dawn Elwass and Crystal Elwess, all of Great Falls; two sisters, Yvonne
Rybak of Soldotna, Alaska and Mary Laney of Fergus Falls, Minn.

GREAT FALLS - Harold M. Elwess, 50, died monday, Sept. 13, 1999 in a
Great Falls hospital of a massive heart attack.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Bethel Lutheran Church.
Cremation will follow the service.
Elwess was born Oct. 25, 1948, at Perham, Minn. He graduated from high
school in Perham in 1967. He served in the U,S. Army from 1968 to 1971.After

On May 23, 1970, he married Gloria Giedt.
