EUGENE M. SUDAN
HOGELAND - Eugene M. Sudan, 68, died Friday
in a Havre Hospital of congestive heart failure.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Monday at the
Silver Bow Cemetery in Hogeland. Arrangements are by Edwards Funeral Home of
Chinook.
Sudan was born Aug.4, 1931,
in Turner and recieved his education in the Hogeland
schools.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1956.
On June 6, 1956, he married Nancy Richie in
Rudyard; they divorced in 1997.
Sudan worked in fam-related jobs and farming all his life. He worked
12 years for Rasmussen Farming Corp. and operated the family farm southwest of
Hogeland. He enjoyed woodworking and traveling.
Surviving is his mother, Ruby Sudan of Havre;
two daughters, Joyce Van Voast of Turner and Elaine
Allen of Havre; a son, Gary Sudan of Hingham; a sister, Joan Anderson of Havre;
a brother, Harry Sudan of Las Vegas; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;
and special friend, Nancy Judan of Jordan.

EUGENE SUDAN
HOGELAND - Eugene M. Sudan, 68, died Friday,
Nov. 19, 1999, at a local hospital due to congestive heart failure.
Burial with graveside services were held
today in the Silver Bow Cemetery at Hogeland.
Sudan was born Aug.4, 1931, in Turner, to
Anton and Ruby (Bapp) Sudan. He recieved his education in the Hogeland public schools. He served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1956.
On June 6, 1956, he married Nancy Richie in
Rudyard. The couple divorced in 1997.
Sudan had been engaged in farming and
farm-related jobs all his life. He worked 12 years for the Rasmussen Farming
Corporation and operated the family farm southwest of Hogeland. He enjoyed
doing wood working projects for his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Anton
Sudan, in 1989.
Survivors include is his mother, Ruby Sudan
of Havre; a son, Gary Sudan of Hinghan; daughters,
Joyce Van Voast of Turner and Elaine Allen of Havre;
a brother, Harry Sudan of Las Vegas; a sister,
Joan Anderson of Havre; six
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;.
Arrangements are by

Eugene M. Sudan, 68, passed away Nov. 19,
1999 at Northern Montana Hospital in Havre due to congestive heart failure.
Burial with graveside services was Monday,
Nov. 22, 1999 in the Silver Bow Cemetery at Hogeland. Military graveside service were by Hogeland American Legion #59. Rowlie Hutton
officiated at the service and pallbearers were James Jenks, Wallace Beck, Ted Olszewski, Dick Hamilton, Don Rasmussen, and Dennis
McGuire. Arrangements were by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.
Eugene was born Aug.4, 1931, in Turner to

he always had his Black Labrador dog with him.
Eugene is survived by his mother, Ruby Sudan
of Havre; son, Gary Sudan of Hinghan; two daughters,
Joyce Van Voast of Turner, Elaine Allen of Havre; six
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;
brother, Harry Sudan of Las Vegas;
and sister, Joan Anderson of Havre. He was preceded in death by his
father, Anton Sudan, in 1989.
