Emma L. Gorman
CHINOOK - Emma L. Gorman,
94 longtime Blame County resident, died Thursday in a Havre hospital.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at Zion Lutheran Church in
Chinook.
She was born in Oshkosh, Wis., and attended school at Rock Island, Ill.
She married Donel Gorman in 1912 in Albert Lea, Minn. They came to
Montana in 1914 to homestead south of Chinook.
Her husband died in 1967.
Five children also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children, Donel of Douglas, Wyo., Harold, John,
Pauline Leo and Aileen Zarn, all of Chinook, Jim of Cut Bank, Loretta Coyner of
Toppenish, Wash., Ruth Gallup of Sweetgrass and Joan Latiiey of Havre; 33
grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook was
in charge of arrangements.
