Eleanor Bernadine Storm, 89, died Tuesday
July 21, 2009, at her home in Central Point, Ore.
Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday,
July 31, 2009, at the Messiah Lutheran Church with Pastor Michael Dahle
officiating.
Burial will follow at the Highland
Cemetery.
A fellowship luncheon will be held at the
church immediately after the service at the graveside2

Eleanor B. Storm
HAVRE - Eleanor Bernadine Storm, 89, of Havre,
who was an excellent seamstress, piano and organ player who enjoyed baking,
crocheting, cooking and traveling, died of natural causes Tuesday at her
daughter's home in Central Point, Ore.
Her funeral is 10 a.m. Friday at the
Messiah Lutheran Church in Havre, with burial in Highland Cemetery. A
fellowship luncheon will be held at the church immediately following the
graveside service.
Holland &
Bonine Funeral Home of Havre is handling arrangements.
Survivors include children Beverly
Inman of Havre, Harold Storm of White City, Ore., Lamont Storm of Vernal, Utah,
David Storm of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, Linda Neuwerth of Central Point, Ore.,
and Susan Bernard of Phoenix; sisters Lorraine Shinn of Portland, Ore., and
Janet Arstein of Rolette, N.D.; a brother, Ole Teigen of Minneapolis; 20
grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son,
William Storm in 2007; her husband, Ray L. Storm in 1976; and a grandson in
1966.

Eleanor Bernadine Storm, 89, died Tuesday,
July 21, 2009, at her daughters home in Central Point, Ore.
Her funeral service will be 10 a.m.
Friday, July 31, 2009, at the Messiah Lutheran Church with Pastor Michael Dahle
officiating. Burial will follow at the Highland Cemetery. A fellowship luncheon
will be held at the church immediately after the services at the graveside. Memorial
contributions in Eleanors honor may be made to American Diabetes Association.
Services and arrangements have been
entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
Eleanor was born Jan. 21, 1920, in Rugby,
N.D. to Henrik and Nora (Iverson) Negard. She graduated from Rugby High School
in 1938.
She married Ray L. Storm on June 17, 1939
in Cando, N.D. Together they raised seven children. The family moved to Havre,
Mont. In 1952 for Ray to work on the railroad. Ray passed away in 1976 and
Eleanor remained in Havre until moving to Oregon in 1988. She enjoyed baking,
crocheting, cooking and traveling. She was an excellent seamstress having sewed
each ofher three daughters wedding dresss. She paid for her own music lessons
as a child and was a accomplished at playing the Organ and Piano. Her family
was her pride and joy.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
brother, Robert Teigen in 1952 and her infant brother, Harold Negard in 1928;
her son, William Storm in 2007; her husband, Ray L. Storm in 1976; and a
grandson, John Inman, in 1966.
Eleanor is survived by her six children:
Beverly (John) Inman of Havre, Mont., Harold (Marie) Storm in White City, Ore.,
Lamont (Linda) Storm of Vernal, Utah, David (Rikki) Storm of Coeur d Alene,
Idaho, Linda (William) Neuwerth of Central Point, Ore., Susan (Sam) Bernard III
of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters: Lorraine Shinn of Portland, Ore., Janet (Alvin)
Arstein of Rolette, N.D.; brother, Ole (Bonnie) Teigen of Minneapolis, Minn.;
sister-inlaw, Wanda Knudsvig of Belgrade, Mont.; 20 grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
