Moore - Stevens, Don C., 53, a clerk at the Moore Grocery, died Sundayin a Salt Lake City veterans'

hospital after a short illness. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Creel-Morrison-Retz Funeral

Home with burial in the Moore Cemetery. Born in 1934 at Moore, he grew up there and graduated

from high school. He was in the Army from 1954-1956, then moved to Great Falls to work for

Iseman Trailer Sales.

He married Lava Stubbs in Great Falls in 1959. In 1963 he moved to Lewistown to work for Hank's Trailer Sales.

He returned to Moore in 1984.

Survivors: daughters, Gayle Thom of Moore, and Glenna Rhodes of Dickinson, ND.; a son, Daniel

Stevens of Moore; brothers, Alva Jr. of Great Falls, Bob and John, both of Missoula, Jim of Holiday, Tx.,

Ted of Lakewood, Co.; sisters, Marie Vanek of Havre, Virginia Marvin of Billings, Evelyn Rel of Englewood, Co.,

Lois Stevens of Kalispell, Catherine Hayworth and Diana Stevens, both of Fort Collins, Co., and Linda

Barthol of Aurora, Co.; five grandchildren.
