DEL TRULSON
Del Trulson, 87, well known former Hill County resident, died recently
in a
Great Falls hospital after a long
illness.
Trulson was born in Britt, Iowa and came to Montana in 1910 with his
foeter
parents, Mr & Mrs Charley
Thomas. They engaged in farming at Kremlin.
Trulson started work as a postal clerk in 1918 at Havre. He worked here
six
years then moved to Fresno where he
operated a small grocery store and was
postmaster for 20 years.
He and Ida Sohm were married in Havre in August 1927.
The couple moved to Kremlin in 1941 and Trulson continued his grocery
business there and later was named
postmaster.
He retired in 1964 and moved to Great Falls in 1968.
Survivors include three children, John O. Trulson, Kremlin; Mrs Harold
(Remona) Beck, Great Falls and Mrs
T. (Beverly) Hietert, Havre; 12
grandchildren and four great
grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place. Rosary will be recited at Chapel of the
Chimes in Great Falls at 7 p.m. today and a memorial service will be at 2 p.m.
Saturday at the Chapel of the Chimes.
