DAN O’LEARY

HARLEM - Dan O’Leary, 58, Harlem postmaster, died Saturday of cancer In Palm Springs, Calif.

Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Wed­nesday in St. Thomas Catholic Church; Mass of the Resurrection will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Harlem High School gymnasium.

Burial in will be in Harlem Ceme­tery.

He was born In Graceville, Minn. He moved to Savoy in 1934. He graduated from Harlem High School in 1948. He worked for his brother in O’Leary’s Service Station for sev­eral years.

In 1950 he married Ann Marie Ward in Harlem. He was in the U.S. Army Postal Unit in Ko ea. He started working for the U.S. Post Office in 1961 and was postmaster of the Harlem Post Office at the time of his death.

Survivors include wife of Harlem; daughters, Mary Ann Richman and Susan Parks, both of Harlem; sons, Dan Jr. of Glendive and Bill of Palm Desert, Calif.; sisters, Ann Ander­son of Harlem, Helen Wagner and Margaret Powers, both of Havre; brother, John O’Leary of Havre; and nine grandchildren.

Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook is in charge of arrange­ments.
