ELIZABETH J. O’LEARY

 

  HAVRE - Elizabeth J. O’Leary, 93, died in an Olympia, Wash., nursing home Tuesday.­4s

  A rosary will be recited at 7 this evening at Holland & Bonine Funeral Chapel in Havre.

  The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Jude's - Catholic Church, with Father Jack Harr­ington officiating.

  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

  She was born Aug. 24, 1894, in Col­lis, Minn., to John and Mary Sullivan, one of six children.

  She married Sylvester M. O’Leary, Feb. 16, 1931, in Collis. They moved to Havre in 1940.

  She was a member of the Legion of Mary, the Catholic Daughters of America and St. Jude’s Catholic Church.

  Her husband died May 2,1980. Her oldest son Michael died Jan. 1,1950.

  Survivors Include her sons, James of Havre and Donald of Puyallup, Wash.; a daughter, Teresa Lirette of Olympia; a brother, John Sullivan of Monticello, Minn.; a brother-in-law; nine sisters-in-law; eight grand­children; two great-grandchildren. and many nieces and nephews.

Holland & Bonine Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

  A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at Holland & Bonine Funeral Chapel in Havre.

  Funeral Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Havre.

  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Havre.

ELIZABETH J. O’LEARY

 

  HAVRE - Funeral services were held April 30 at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Havre for Elizabeth J. O’Leary, 93.

  A resident of the Roo Lan Con­valescent Center In Olympia, Wash., she died April26.

  Officiating at the funeral service were Father Joe Showlater and Fa­ther Jack Harrington.

  Jim O’Leary sang “The Prayer of St. Francis” and “Ave Maria.” Debbie Leeds sang “Panis Angel­icus.” Jim O’Leary and Debbie Leeds sang “God Be With You.” They were accompanied by Bill Lisenby.

  The local unit of the Catholic Daughters of America was in atten­dance as a group at the funeral.

  Pallbearers were William Jasin­sik, Ed McDunn, Patrick Ginnaty, Larry Ginnaty, Richard Winter and Ralph Prosser.

  Ushers were Howard Moon and Russell Blom.

  Interment was at Calvary Ceme­tery in Havre.

  At the interment service Jim O’Leary, Debbie Leeds and Sister Kathleen Hanley sang “May the

Angels Lead You Into Paradise.”

  A rosary service was held Friday evening at the Holland & Bonine Funeral Home Chapel with Father Harrington officiating.

  Memorials may be sent to: A Trust Fund do St. Jude’s Catholic School, Havre, MT 59501.

Our heartfelt thanks to our families, friends, neighbors and the many, many others who supported and comforted us during the loss of our mother, grand­mother and great grandmother, Elizabeth O’Leary.

 

  Our Sincere appreciation to Fathers Joe Showolter, Jack Horrington for the beau­tiful mass, to Sister Kathleen Honley, Debbie Leeds and Bill Lisenby for support­ing Jim with the music, the Catholic boughters and Knights of Columbus for the lovely dinner and to all who sent cards, Mass card, food flowers and other contr!butions to Mom’s memoriall.
